Get "back to basics" with one of our fundamental aerobic classes. A great place to start.
We also offer a 40 minute Body Sculpting class, and our "Zone" class which utilizes traditional step and/or athletic training.
You can also join us for one of our Yoga / Pilates classes which teach fundamental poses and basic breathing techniques along with Pilates.
Feel like a party? How about our "Zumba" workout that incorporates Latin and exotic music?
